Additionally, Katy supports the standards development process as well as the development of GBI’s DEIB initiatives.

With over a decade of experience in customer service, specializing in administration and project management, Katy brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her career spans various industries, including healthcare, higher education, and food & beverage. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from George Washington University, focusing on social justice and advocacy.
