In his role as Senior Manager, Policy & Program Development, Christopher advances GBI’s advocacy efforts with state and local decision-makers, works to open new markets to GBI’s tools and educational offerings, and supports the development of GBI’s programs.

Christopher possesses an in-depth understanding of GBI’s assessment programs and green building policy trends. During his tenure at GBI, he has worked with a wide range of clients in their efforts to achieve their sustainability goals.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Specializing in forest management and environmental policy, Christopher conducted extensive research on wildfire risk mitigation efforts in southern Oregon.

He loves cooking, hiking, photography, and rock climbing. He currently resides in Portland with his cat, Iroh.
