Trained in both architecture and building science, David has focused his career on the integration of the built environment and energy conserving/consuming systems. A focus on whole building energy simulation allows him to provide investment grade financial analysis to all parties involved, proving the business case for sustainability in both new construction and existing buildings. David’s experience includes healthcare, higher education, commercial, federal, municipal, and multifamily buildings. Applying his experience, he continues to push the envelope and diligently seek out opportunities to save the world – one building at a time.
In his free time, you can find David spending time with his kids and/or volunteering in the local community. He also enjoys playing board and card games when his time permits.
