Vicki Worden has served as CEO of GBI since 2015 and works with some of the largest real estate developers in North America on the incorporation of sustainability, health & wellness, and resilience practices into design, construction, and facility operations.
GBI has certified more than 470 million square feet of space in the U.S. and Canada through Green Globes and its Guiding Principles Compliance verification program and is in the midst of a 3-year global expansion effort to make Green Globes even more accessible to its growing base of clients.
Worden is the former chair of the National Institute of Building Sciences Consultative Council and is an accomplished public affairs and association management professional holding an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Chester University.

Brenna Walraven is an internationally recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry. She has excelled at leading large, diverse real estate organizations and has served some of the most discriminating institutional investors. Ms. Walraven founded Corporate Sustainability Strategies (CSS), a firm dedicated to providing best practice solutions for organizations through thought leadership, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence. CSS helps clients develop and execute strategies in areas of real estate operations, asset management, and sustainability. Her experience includes roles as Head of Property Operations, Portfolio Manager among others, providing strategic leadership for national, multi-sector real estate portfolio. She served on former California Governor Schwarzenegger’s Real Estate Leadership Council and has testified before Congress on issues of energy efficiency and sustainability. Ms. Walraven is former chair and chief elected officer for Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), the first woman to serve as chair in the association’s 100-plus-year history. She is a founding leader and developer of BOMA’s Energy Efficiency Program, which has trained over 35,000 real estate professionals since 2006.

Thomas Stanchak, Director of Sustainability, Stoneweg
Thomas is a seasoned real estate management professional with over 24 years of diverse experience. He was recently appointed as Director of Sustainability at Stoneweg US, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and developments. Thomas is responsible for implementing sustainability best practices that will positively affect Stoneweg’s Environmental, Social and Governance policies, both at corporate level and in the 14,000+ units the Company currently has under management.
