Vicki Worden has served as CEO of GBI since 2015 and works with some of the largest real estate developers in North America on the incorporation of sustainability, health & wellness, and resilience practices into design, construction, and facility operations.
GBI has certified more than 470 million square feet of space in the U.S. and Canada through Green Globes and its Guiding Principles Compliance verification program and is in the midst of a 3-year global expansion effort to make Green Globes even more accessible to its growing base of clients.
Worden is the former chair of the National Institute of Building Sciences Consultative Council and is an accomplished public affairs and association management professional holding an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Chester University.

Kelly Vickers is an ESG/CSR leader with over 21 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She is skilled at connecting sustainability and social responsibility to overall corporate strategy and conscience and designing and implementing organizational and culture change efforts. In her current role as VP, ESG Strategy & Solutions, Kelly consults with multifamily companies helping them develop their own ESG strategy and roadmap . Kelly is a frequent speaker at industry events, graduated with honors from Dominican University of California with a BA in Humanities and MBA in Sustainable Business, and is a LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador, and Green Globes Professional.
Thomas Stanchak, Senior Asset Manager, Stoneweg
Thomas Stanchak is a seasoned real estate management professional with over 24 years of diverse experience. He was recently appointed as Director of Sustainability at Stoneweg US, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and developments. Thomas is responsible for implementing sustainability best practices that will positively affect Stoneweg’s Environmental, Social and Governance policies, both at corporate level and in the 14,000+ units the Company currently has under management.
Consolato Gattuso, Director of Engineering, Piedmont Office Realty Trust
Consolato Gattuso has over 30 years’ experience in engineering design and operations, with extensive leadership in real estate, commercial property, and technical consulting industries. In his current role, he is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing engineering standards. Prior to joining Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Consolato served as Senior Vice President of Technical Operation for Zeller, developing capital and engineering strategies for acquisitions. He also led Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) smart buildings service, created and developed JLL’s Retrocommissioning Program and Energy Best Practices and ran the energy program for a 120 MM sq. ft. Real Estate Portfolio with Equity Office Properties.
