RECORDED: Delivering Results with Green Globes EB 21, featuring Incyte Administrative Headquarters
GBI’s Green Globes for Existing Buildings 2021 (EB 21) is a three-in-one benchmarking and certification program that evaluates the environmental sustainability, health and wellness, and resilience preparedness of an individual building or of an entire portfolio. This 60-minute webinar will serve as an introduction to Green Globes for EB 21 and include information about the environmental assessment areas and point distribution, the assessment process, and the Green Globes software, which allows users to track energy, water, waste, and emissions performance. The project team from Incyte Administrative Headquarters, the first building to certify with Green Globes EB 21 will present a case study including measurable operational practices and lessons learned.

Megan Baker | Senior Director, Engagement, GBI As a Sr. Director of Engagement for GBI, Megan executes marketing and communications, leads trainings, supports new product development and professional credential efforts and represents GBI across the green building industry. Megan has a background in sustainability consulting and the hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington and a Master’s of Business Administration from Regis University.
Jessica Kavanagh RA, LEED BD+C, WELL® AP | Principal, L2P With over 18 years of experience, Jessi is responsible for the overall project delivery including management of all staff and consultants, and oversight of the schedule, documentation, bid process and all key project deliverables. She brings a wide range of expertise in interior architecture for corporate, professional practice, and high-technology multi-use facilities including a breadth of local projects. Jessi is responsible for the coordination of sustainable design initiatives within the firm; having overseen 10 LEED certified projects in the last 5 years, L2P’s own Fitwel certification and successfully led the team that delivered the Green Globes for Existing Buildings 2021 certification in their pilot program.
Lauren Harris, Associate AIA, CSI-EP, WELL® AP, GGP | BIM Manager, L2P Serving as L2P’s BIM Manager, Lauren Harris is an expert in design technologies, orchestrating and implementing the use, adoption and integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM), planning and implementation of strategy, design standards, and process methodologies. Lauren is an advocate for the environment, serving as the 2021 – 2023 Chair of the AIA-NJ Committee on the Environment (COTE), 2022 Chair for AIA-NJ East Coast Green Conference, and part of the pilot project team for Green Globes for Existing Buildings 2021.
