As Associate Vice President, Go-To-Market, Kate leads initiatives that strengthen GBI’s market position, expand client and industry engagement, and drive growth across GBI’s programs and services. She works across Client Success and Market Development to align client needs, market opportunities, and organizational priorities in support of GBI’s go-to-market strategy.

Kate brings deep knowledge of GBI’s programs, including Green Globes certification and Guiding Principles Compliance verification, and uses this expertise to engage clients, industry partners, and GBI’s professional community. An experienced presenter and relationship builder, she represents GBI at industry conferences and events and leads educational opportunities, including in-person trainings and webinars.

Kate has more than a decade of experience in project management, client relationship management, and business development. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona. She is passionate about advancing high-performing buildings and enjoys backpacking and bike-packing. She resides in Tucson, Arizona.
