As Manager, Client Success & Standards, Erika guides building certification projects from kickoff through final report and certification. She also manages GBI’s ANSI-accredited standards development process supporting consensus body and subcommittee meetings and ensuring GBI standards are developed in full accordance with ANSI requirements. 

With more than six years of experience managing stakeholder relationships and operational processes, Erika is passionate about helping organizations make meaningful progress toward sustainability.

In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading, and spending time with her family. She currently resides in Gilbert, Arizona.
