As Manager of Client Services and Engagement, Erika oversees building certification projects from start to finish, ensuring clients receive guidance and support throughout the process.
She brings more than six years of experience managing stakeholder relationships and operational processes across the technology and human resources sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Phoenix and is passionate about helping organizations make meaningful progress toward sustainability.
In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She currently resides in Gilbert, Arizona.
