With more than 30 years of experience in interior design, construction, and sustainability, Louise understands how today’s decisions shape tomorrow’s communities and influence how people live, feel, and thrive. This perspective fuels her commitment to environmental performance, resource efficiency, and organizational resilience, bolstered by the Green Globes framework whose rigor aligns with her focus on continuous improvement.
Louise guides teams in transforming environmental goals into practical strategies that elevate building performance, enhance occupant well-being, and deliver long-term value. At Colorado Mesa University’s Asteria Theatre—recognized as the 2024 Green Globes Project of the Year—she led the certification effort demonstrating how design excellence and sustainability can work in harmony. She also directed the certification of 200 Clayton, Colorado’s first Four Green Globes Core & Shell project, establishing a new benchmark for resilient commercial development in the state.
