Juan has built his career championing environmentally responsible, high-performance design and construction. He currently stewards a $5B+ healthcare facilities portfolio across 20 states and two territories, driving healthier, more efficient buildings through electrification, renewable integration, water stewardship, low embodied carbon materials, and whole life cost decision making.
Earlier in private practice, he delivered institutional, educational, residential, and administrative projects with rigorous attention to energy and operational performance. At Fort Drum, he helped implement the Installation Design Guide with sustainable materials, energy efficient MEP strategies, and socially responsible site development. At the USACE Huntsville Center he spearheaded the first LEED® Platinum Fire Station at Fort Bragg, NC. What drives him is simple, get mission-ready facilities built and keep us moving toward a sustainable, climate-smart, circular world that protects people, budgets, and the planet.
