As the Director of Sustainability, Ashley heads up Hoefer Welker’s sustainability initiative and services. She has a diverse background in sustainable engineering, construction, and design. As a champion of sustainability, Ashley continually raises the bar in regard to performance-driven sustainable design at Hoefer Welker, bringing new services in house, as well as educating and empowering the next generation of sustainability champions. She is a thought leader both locally and nationally with 15 speaking engagements last year. She is also a member of Kansas City’s Climate and Environmental Council and GBI’s Energy Committee and Consensus Body.
