Vincent is Publisher and Senior Partner, BuildingGreen and Above Green, a built environment consulting company where he is responsible for mergers & acquisitions, technology development, and strategic growth, and leads a team of talented project managers, architects, and engineers in fulfillment of work orders for end-users including the Department of Defense, Amazon, and Microsoft.

He has completed prior public service at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, National Defense University Center for Science and Technology Policy, and Potomac Institute as a scholar at the intersection of national security policy and dual-use technologies.

He received his B.S. in Environmental Science from Maharishi University of Management, M.S. in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University, and is currently continuing his policy education within the Virginia Tech Ph.D. program in Science and Technology Studies.
