Keely Felton is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Nova Group, GBC. Keely has over 12 years of experience in the energy efficiency and sustainability field, with a focus on commercial real estate. In her role at Nova, she directs Nova’s Strategic Energy Group. The team supports debt clients with due diligence services that meet requirements for green financing. This includes energy audits and green certifications, such as Green Globes Multifamily for Existing Buildings. Nova also supports equity clients in their commitment to ESG goals and decarbonization targets. By developing asset-level assessments for energy, water and waste, the team provides actionable measures to reduce the impact of the built environment. Finally, the team also supports owners in making sure that their properties comply with local building performance standards. Ms. Felton provides leadership and guidance to the team and works closely with clients to make sure that their goals are met. In her role as CSO, she supports Nova in meeting the company’s internal sustainability goals, and in expanding sustainability services internationally.
