Bradley Grant

PE, CEM, BCxP, BECxP, GGP, GGA

Bradley grew up in the farming communities of mid-Missouri and attended engineering school amid the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Now a longtime Colorado resident, he’s found a deep sense of home and purpose in the rugged landscape of the Mountain West. Bradley is continually inspired by the interface between the natural world and the built environment — spaces where thoughtful design enables both to not only coexist but thrive.

From the outset of his career, Bradley has been driven by a commitment to energy efficiency and high-performance building design. He began his professional journey conducting energy audits, creating energy models, and designing high-efficiency mechanical building systems. Over time, his focus evolved toward building commissioning — a discipline that allows him to see how all the systems and strategies come together in practice.

Bradley believes that green rating systems, such as GBI’s, represent one of the most effective tools available today to encourage project teams to thoughtfully consider their environmental impact. As an assessor, he takes pride in helping teams navigate the certification process, guiding them toward solutions that not only meet high-performance standards but also enhance the sustainability and harmony of the spaces they create.
