In the center of New York City’s bustling Times Square, the 44-story 1540 Broadway building underwent substantial renovations to make the 1990 Class-A office building competitive with new construction for today’s office tenants. Much more than cosmetic, however, the over $40 million in upgrades helped the existing building achieve an impressive Three Green Globes® and become the first project to earn a Green Globes Distinction in Health & Wellness.
