Consolato (Cons) Gattuso has over 30 years’ experience in engineering, design, and operations and brings extensive leadership in real estate, commercial property, and technical consulting industries to the GBI Board.
In his current role, he is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing engineering standards. Prior to joining Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Cons served as Senior Vice President of Technical Operation for Zeller, developing capital and engineering strategies for acquisitions. He also led Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) smart buildings service, created and developed JLL’s Retrocommissioning Program and Energy Best Practices and ran the energy program for a 120 MM sq. ft. Real Estate Portfolio with Equity Office Properties.
