Luis Perez-Soto graduated from the University of Miami and he is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional with significant experience in corporate finance, structure financing, SEC regulations, corporate accounting, and public accounting. Prior to his current role at Lennar Corp. as Vice President and Treasurer for the mortgage operations (Lennar Mortgage), Luis worked at Ryder Systems Inc. gaining substantial experience in corporate accounting and international operations; and also at Ernst & Young serving industries that include real estate, financial services, construction, banking, hospitality, and health.
