2022 Project of the Year

Pinnacle XXIV/Crate & Barrel, a Class A warehouse distribution center operated by Crate & Barrel Holdings in Romeoville, Illinois, earned a Three Green Globes rating under Green Globes for New Construction (NC), and is the winner of the 2022 Green Globes Project of the Year awards! Among many other impressive sustainable implements, the building features one of the Midwest’s largest photovoltaic systems, designed to offset 100% of the building’s energy use, moving towards a net zero outcome.
