As Chief Operating Officer, Jenna Middaugh oversees GBI’s day-to-day operations, leads its senior team, and supports the CEO in governance and strategic planning.
In 2023, Jenna became the association’s first-ever recipient of the Chair’s Award for Meritorious Service. The Award recognized her commitment to GBI’s mission and her successful leadership of a 5-year effort to rebuild the association’s operations and assessment delivery platforms in support of GBI’s clients, members, and wider community.
Prior to joining GBI as a project manager in 2011, Jenna gained experience in operations and IT management while working in international education. She holds a BA from Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Anthropology and Geography, and she has earned the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) designation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Jenna lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and triplet sons. She enjoys yoga and science & technology podcasts and is an avid traveler who has worked and studied in France and Spain.
