As Associate Director, Client Success, Halley leads client support and project delivery for teams pursuing GBI’s assessment programs. With a focus on data center project support, she collaborates closely with execution teams, simplifying administration and providing strategic guidance so clients reach their sustainability goals effortlessly.

Additionally, Halley represents GBI at industry events, delivering presentations on GBI’s core programs, advancing thought leadership, connecting with prospective clients, and supporting educational opportunities across GBI’s network.

Her passion for sustainability stems from early adventures in the Great Smoky Mountains and the coastlines of North Carolina, where she learned the core tenets of Leave No Trace. Halley holds a degree in environmental science from UNC Wilmington and brings extensive experience in environmental project management and advising. Based in Winston-Salem, NC, she enjoys a great cup of coffee, a good book, and hiking with friends and family.
