Halley comes to GBI with a robust background in advising, client services, and
environmental project management. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of North
Carolina Wilmington with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science.
In her role as Manager of Client Services and Engagement, Halley is responsible for detailed
project management and administration of building certification projects. She also assists in
the delivery and development of promotional and educational materials, ensuring the
delivery of high-quality customer support.
Outside of work, Halley loves reading, enjoying large cups of coffee, and hiking with friends
and family. She currently resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with her cat, Ophelia.
