  • Eligibility Requirements

    Green Globes SI is intended for tenant improvement projects, fit-outs, and remodels.

    Eligible buildings must:

    • Be an enclosed structure or a space within an enclosed structure
    • Have a contiguous project boundary and its site
    • Be a minimum of 400 square feet
    • Be constructed as a fixed structure on a permanent site
    • Be typically designed for human occupancy

    Green Globes SI projects typically contain HVAC systems that are controlled within the building or space for maintaining environmental conditions, subject to adjustment or management by occupants themselves. They also usually contain water systems designed for human occupancy.
